Play Ball VA! was scheduled to make an “Economic Development Presentation” Thursday night before the Spotsylvania County (VA) Economic Development Authority about building a new minor-league baseball stadium near Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center about 10 miles south of Fredericksburg (VA).
