The Single-A Hagerstown Suns (South Atlantic League, the City of Fredericksburg (VA), and New Jersey-based Diamond Nation have all reportedly agreed on a conceptual deal structure for building a new $38 million baseball stadium on the site once scheduled to be home to the U.S. National Slavery Museum.
