Ken “The Bulldog” Gray is reporting that a source close to the negotiations has indicated that Mandalay Sports Entertainment and Professional Sports Catering have submitted the only ‘legitimate’ bid in response to the city of Ottawa’s Request for Offers (RFO) to lease Ottawa Stadium.
