Oilmen Launch Marketing Campaign During ’42’ Movie Debut

Northwest Indiana OilmenPRESS RELEASE – The Northwest Indiana Oilmen are pleased to announce that they will kick off their 2013 marketing efforts with a new commercial that will air in conjunction with the release of the movie “42” on Friday, April 12.

The film, produced by Warner Brothers and Legendary Pictures, depicts the life story of Jackie Robinson (played by Chadwick Boseman) and his history-making signing with the Brooklyn Dodgers under the guidance of team executive Branch Rickey (played by Harrison Ford).

The Oilmen commercial will run prior to all movies shown at the Schererville Indiana AMC theaters during the months of April and May, and can be viewed at http://bit.ly/11RNWCj. The “movie trailer” spot was created by Wheelhouse Sports Marketing, a creative firm based out of California that delivers turnkey marketing solutions to baseball teams across the country.  “Wheelhouse Sports Marketing did exceptional work for us during our inaugural season and really understands, anticipates our needs and delivers outstanding creative results,” said Oilmen President Don Popravak.
