Brevard County Chair Takes Action to Keep Nats

Washington Nationals WThe $7.1 million in construction bonds used to build 20-year-old Space Coast Stadium, the summer home of the Washington Nationals and regular-season home of the Single-A Brevard County Manatees (Florida State League), will be paid off in April.  As the the Nats consider their spring-training options, the new chairman of the Brevard County Commission is pushing forward with a new plan to keep the franchise and possibly attract a second MLB club.  Read more here.
