PRESS RELEASE – The West Virginia Power announced that Executive Vice President Andy Milovich will be leaving the organization in mid-January to accept a similar position with a higher level South Carolina baseball franchise.
“It was an incredibly difficult decision to make, but have an opportunity that I just can’t pass up. But it is very comforting that we have such a tremendous staff in place and that the Power will be in great hands. Tim Mueller, General Manager, has a decade of experience as a General Manager in this league and Jeremy Taylor, Assistant General Manager – Operations, has been with the franchise since Watt Powell Park. When you add the experience and abilities of Kristin Call, Assistant General Manager – Marketing & Promotions, and Jeff Meehan, Director of Food & Beverage, we have the finest staff in minor league baseball,” said Milovich.
“On behalf of the ownership and staff, we wish Andy and his family the best in their new endeavors,” said Managing Member Tim Wilcox. “He’s made a tremendous contribution to professional baseball in Charleston. Looking forward, we feel great about the staff we have in place and the Power’s 2013 season. Tim, Jeremy, Kristin, Jeff and their staff will do a fantastic job in continuing our commitment to providing the finest affordable family entertainment in Southern West Virginia.”
This spring, many more announcements will be made including WVU Big 12 ticket packages, Marshall’s Conference USA schedule, the date individual game tickets go on sale and much more. Season tickets for all 70 home games and other ticket plans are available now by calling 304-344-BATS (2287). For a printable version of the Power’s 2013 Early Bird Schedule visit wvpower.com.
