The Ground-breaking and construction of the outdoor ice rink at historic Bowman Field for the Federal Hockey League’s Williamsport Outlaws began this week. The team will play its entire home schedule battling the elements outdoors beginning on Oct. 24. Bowman is the summer home for the Single-A Williamsports Crosscutters (New York-Penn League).
