When Gwinnett County built the new stadium for the Triple-A Gwinnett Braves (International League) in 2008, there were big plans for substantial commercial development on surrounding property. Now one property owner is balking and wants to sell his property to a developer who wants to trade upscale commercial development for residential apartments.
