No surprise here, but the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) has scored the proposed new ballpark for the St. Paul Saints (American Association) in Lowertown St. Paul as the top project in the metro area worth of funding from a new $47.5 million capital projects fund created by the state legislature.
