As developing Tropical Storm/Hurricane Isaac spins toward the Dominican Republic and Haiti, some can’t help but think about what might have been if monster Hurricane Andrew hadn’t decimated newly-built Homestead Sports Complex 21 years ago before the Cleveland Indians moved in.
