TCL Targets Louisiana for Expansion

Why no talk about Wichita Falls, which has a ballpark. Or how about the towns the TCL was instrumental in blocking baseball ( Hall of Fame League) from?

I have visited Wichita Falls, and it remains an option. Beer is a problem. There are many viable markets, but it takes owners willing to risk capital to make it happen. The HoFL was listing markets before they were all locked in. Any blocking was not done by the current TCL but the former owner who has a legal interest.

Why is beer a problem there but not in The Woodlands.

Putting a team in a park without beer sales creates additional risk for the owner/operator. As an investor, you have to be willing to take that risk. Wichita Falls remains on the radar.
