A fire broke out late this afternoon at Pfitzner Stadium, home of the Single-A Potomac Nationals (Carolina League), from an apparent inside gas leak. According to a fire official, the second-floor front offices were destroyed. Beyond one employee being treated for smoke inhalation, nobody else was hurt. The team is currently playing on the road.
