El Paso Approves Ballpark Plan

The El Paso City Council voted 6-2 Tuesday to approve a deal that would replace the current 10-story City Hall building with a new $50 million stadium for a relocated Triple-A Pacific Coast League club.  An increase in the hotel tax to help fund the project will go before the voters in November.  Read more here.
