Clark Griffith Enters Plea in Indecency Case

Clark Griffith, the son of former Minnesota Twins owner Calvin Griffith, former commissioner of the indy pro Northern League, and then-adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law, entered an Alford guilty plea Tuesday to a misdemeanor indecency charge for allegedly exposing himself to a 24-year-old female law student.  With this type of plea, a defendent does not admit guilt but agrees there is sufficient evidence to convict him.  Read more here.
