Basically sounds like they want to keep attendance up at the new ballpark.
I would take Bowman Field in Williamsport any day of the week over Medlar Field in State College, plus fans in Williamsport enjoy a winner as well and are very knowledgeable. I remember when the Indianapolis Indians wanted to sever ties with the Brewers for the same exact reason; the next season the team switched their affiliation down to Nashville and won the championship.
