The Hillsboro (OR) City Council is expected to vote Tuesday to approve the terms of 20-year contract offer to bring the Single-A Yakima Bears (Northwest League) to a new $13.4 million, 4,500-seat stadium at the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex.
