The Minnesota Senate offered up zero dollars for the proposed new Lowertown ballpark for the indy pro St. Paul Saints (American Association) in their version of the bonding bill released Wednesday. All is not lost, however, as this non-allocation will have to be reconciled with the $27 million put forth by Governor Mark Dayton in his proposal, and the $2 million provided in the House bill.
