Apartment Complex on Deck for Dash Neighborhood

Brookstone Development Partners (BDP), the company behind the development of BB&T Ballpark, home of the Single-A Winston-Salem Dash (Carolina League), is seeking zoning approval for building a 200-unit, five-story apartment complex across from the stadium.  BDP is owned by Billy Prim, who also owns the Dash.  Read more here.  Thanks to John Cerone for the link.
