Judge Rules in Favor of Baseball in San Rafael

A Marin Superor Court judge has ruled against the Albert Park Neighborhood Alliance, which filed a lawsuit to try and stop the indy pro San Rafael Pacifics (North American League) from coming to town.  Read more here.
