The indy pro Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings (North American League) reportedly still owe the City of Harlingen (TX) $100,000 for outstanding electric, rent and maintanence bills for using Harlingen Field, but any talk about terminating the team’s lease has apparently been shelved for the time being.
