PRESS RELEASE – The Dirt Dawgs official website is now open for business. Now that the team logo and colors have been unveiled, the team has officially transitioned from a temporary site to the brand new one at DirtDawgsBall.com.
With the launch, several features are currently available, including the updated team roster, news, social media links, coach bios, and information on how to become an intern or a host family. In the coming months, however, a whole new set of options will become available. Information on ticket packages will be released in mid-January, when the Futures League schedule is finalized and announced. The team store is also set to launch in January. Keep an eye out on the website as the Dirt Dawgs will be taking pre-orders for team hats starting at the beginning of the new year. Team t-shirts and sweatshirts will be available for order by the end of January.
Team President John Morrison shared his enthusiasm for the website transition. “The new site is an important next step in the Dirt Dawgs offseason branding and marketing efforts. The design work received a big assist from the creative team at Pointstreak and will give us an opportunity to add enhanced functionality supporting all activities as we build towards opening day in June.”
