Historic Bisbee Ballpark’s Tinkle Rooms Need Attention

We made application and was approved for a few home dates next summer. About a month ago we did an inspection of the entire facility. To bring it up to suitable condition, the ballpark needs an excess of $300,000 spent. This does not include the bathrooms!
If the school district would allow the improvements to be made any way other than a construction company at retail pricing, the improvements could be done for less.
As time goes on, there are more visible defects that will need to be attended to.
Help the Friends of Warren Ballpark now, the next five years is very critical for this ol’ ballpark.
The school district has made public comment that they do not currently have the funds to do the work needed.
