The expansion indy pro Sugar Land Skeeters (Atlantic League) introduced their masot, “Swatson,” at an unveiling ceremony this morning at Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy in Sugar Land. Swatson will make his first big public appearance at the Sugar Land Annual Tree Lighting event this evening at 5 pm in Town Center. Watch unveiling here from KHOU.
The name Swatson was chosen from the Kids ‘R’ Kids “Name Your Mascot” contest. The winning entry was created by Nathan Johnston, 9 years old, of Missouri City.
