Joining the ticket office as Group Sales Coordinators are Bay City-resident Eric Ramseyer and Midland-native Matt Hoffman. Ramseyer, a Northwood University graduate, first started with the Loons as a game day ticket seller in 2010, and has quickly ascended to a full-time position in the ticket office. Hoffman joins the Loons after working as an Administrative and Group Sales Assistant with the Columbus Clippers during their 2011 Triple-A Championship season. He began working in Minor League Baseball after graduating from Central Michigan University in 2010. Ramseyer and Hoffman will be working with area churches, schools and youth organizations in the scheduling of group reserved box and lawn outings.

Also joining the ticket office is Kevin Rathbun, who spent the 2011 Loons season as a Marketing and Promotions intern. In his new role as a Corporate Account Executive, Kevin will work with area businesses to show them how to utilize both Ticket Packages and Group Outings to get results for their business. Rathbun graduated from Central Michigan University in 2011 with a B.A. in Sports Management and a minor in Marketing. During college, he spent the summer months working at Dow Gardens in hometown Midland. He first worked with the Great Lakes Loons in 2007 with the game day retail staff.

Within the ticket office, Tiffany Seward has been promoted to the Director of Ticket Sales, where she will oversee the group sales department, while continue her role in the facilitation of tickets operations. In addition, Kevin Schunk has been promoted to the Director of Ticket Services. On top of his commitment to advance game day ticket sales, he will oversee the management of the ticket office’s game day staff as well as help with ticket package renewals throughout the offseason.

Midland-native Dan Straley begins his fourth year working for the Great Lakes Loons and his first as the team’s Stadium Operations Manager. In his new position, Straley will oversee the execution of special event set-up and also manage all aspects of the post-event staff. Prior to joining the Loons in 2009, Straley worked as an Equipment Operator for the City of Midland, managed local bands, and freelanced as a graphic artist. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronic Graphic Design from Delta College, which he received in 2008.

Kyle McIntyre, of Richmond, recently concluded his finance internship with the Loons and joined on full-time as the Accounting Manager. In this role, he will be responsible for managing food and beverage vendor files, building and balancing numerous spread sheets, invoicing clients, as well as many other duties pertaining to the finance of the Loons food and beverage operation. McIntyre has always had a passion for baseball and has been playing the sport since he was five. He most recently played four years for Northwood University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Banking and Finance Management
