League Revokes Colonials’ Membership

The indy pro Pittsfield (MA) Colonials are no more.  Team owners voted to revoke the Colonials’ membership in the Can-Am League during league meetings in Newark (NJ) on Monday.  Expect a team from the summer collegiate New England Collegiate Baseball League or Futures Collegiate Baseball League to fill the void at Wahconah Park next season.  Read more here.

    This park is garbage. Good riddance. All collegiate summer leagues… beware.

    TOO bad for the Can-AM League, I love classic minor league parks. it definitely deserves another team. hopefully the FCBL will put a team in their.
