Professional Sports Catering, LLC, Expands to Pacific Coast League

PRESS RELEASE – Professional Sports Catering, LLC, in conjunction with Mandalay Baseball Properties, announced today that Professional Sports Catering, LLC will manage the food and beverage operation at RedHawks Field at Bricktown, home of the Oklahoma City RedHawks. (Pacific Coast League, Triple-A Affiliate, Houston Astros).

PSC plans to bring variety to the concourse with the addition of specialty food carts. Concession stands will also get re-energized with updated signage and menu boards. PSC will manage all aspects of the food operation, including concessions, catering and staffing for all RedHawks home games.
