Lawsuit Holds Up Pro Baseball at TD Ameritrade

It appears unlikely that there will be professional baseball at TD Ameritrade Park in 2012, as the Metropolitan Entertainment and Convention Authority is tied up in a lawsuit with the Omaha Flame ownership group.  The Flame were gunning to play pro ball at the new home for the College World Series as a new franchise from the indy pro Northern League, but negotiations took at turn when the league imploded and the rickety indy pro North American League was born.  Read more hereRead our opinion about the lawsuit here.
