Somebody needs to explain to the County Exec that an existing field with some infrastructure already in place is what is needed. The 1.1 million dollars that Summit will put in will not be enough for a ballpark to be built on a vacant parcel-even if the land comes for free, which I doubt it would. The Frontier League needs a 14th team after adding Schaumburg. This would fill that void if they can get it done.
