City of Frederick (MD) Aldermen will review the latest draft of the proposed lease between the city and the Single-A Frederick Keys (Carolina League) for the long-term use of Harry Grove Stadium. One legitimate question raised is why the Keys are being allowed to revise their proposal during negotiations, while Frederick Atlantic LLC, which submitted a competiting bid that was arguably more lucrative for the city, is no longer in the game?
