City officials in Watertown (NY) are decrying blame for the pending sale of the summer collegiate Watertown Wizards (Perfect Game League). Owner Paul Simmons announced this week that he was sick of battling with the city over the use of Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds, and put the team up for sale.
