It looked liked all was well and good for the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League’s Watertown (NY) Wizards last week, as the team’s lease renewal for Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds was on track for final approval. However, with a four-vote super majority needed from a five-member city council to approve the lease, abstaining Mayor Jeffrey Graham and hard-nosed Council Member Roxanne Burns have put the deal in jeopardy.
