Rangers, Former Owner in Legal Spat Over Parking (UPDATED)

The Texas Rangers are suing former owner Tom Hicks over parking at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.  Hicks, who retained control of 11,679 parking spaces around the stadium after he sold the Rangers in bankruptcy proceedings in August, has been accused of price gouging fans.  The claim seeks an injunction to prevent Hicks from charging more for parking than the prices set by the Rangers at other lots.  Read more here.
