Now that the proposed new ballpark in West Chester (PA) appears to be on life support, a community about 25 minutes away is stepping up to the plate. A newly formed steering committee in the Borough of Phoenixville (PA) will be studying over the next few months the possibility of building a new baseball stadium in the community.
