There will be no winter ball this year at Harlingen Field, home of the Rio Grande Valley White Wings. Because of the merger between the United League, Golden League, and Northern League to form the new North American League, the Texas and Arizona winter circuits under the former leagues have been combined, and all games will be played in Arizona.
