Joliet Team Announcement Made, Prediction on Target

On Tuesday, we took a shot at predicting the name for the new Frontier League team in Joliet (IL).  Without any inside information, we got it right.  Really!  We predicted the “Joliet Slammers,” as we felt it perfectly melded a jail theme (think The Blues Brothers) with baseball.  We think a marketing page could be stolen from the Yuma (AZ) High School Criminals!
