Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell (D-PA) will leave office on January 18 after eight ballpark-friendly years in office. With time running out before fiscally conservative Governor-elect Tom Corbett (R-PA) takes the reigns, Rendell is reportedly still working to finalize $20 million in state aid to renovate PNC Field, home of the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees.
