At a public work session on Monday, the West Chester (PA) Redevelopment Authority began to analyze a 28-page report submitted by Turk’s Head Stadium Alliance to support a proposed new 4,000-5,000 seat stadium for a potential Philadelphia Phillies affiliate. The report was prepared by architect Alan Adler with help from baseball consultant Howie Bedell. A second meeting is scheduled for January 27. The RDA hopes to submit its report to the Borough Council on February 7. Read more here.
