Bryan Graham, assistant general manager of the Northwoods League’s Thunder Bay (ON) Border Cats, sent a cryptic e-mail to the local media on Friday afternoon indicating that team has scheduled a news conference at Port Arthur Stadium for Tuesday to discuss the future of the team. The Border Cats had the second lowest attendance in the Northwoods League this past season at 651 per game, which is below the 800-1,000 per game team owner Brad Jorgenson said he needed to survive.
