The Northern League’s Joliet (IL) JackHammers are having serious financial troubles, and the City of Joliet is concerned about the future of the club. Some council members are basically calling for a bail out to keep the team operating at the city-owned Silver Cross Field. City Manager Thomas Thanus wasn’t so kind.
