The Lackawanna County Multi-Purpose Stadium Authority and Lackawanna County commissioners have been warned by attorney John McGee, the man credited with bringing baseball to Northeastern Pennsylvania, to take action to fight the validity/legality of an option agreement to sell the Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees to Mandalay Sports, or risk losing the team to another city.
