Ducks’ Ballpark without Naming Rights Partner, No AFLAC Rescue

The 10-year, $2.2 million ballpark naming rights deal with Citibank for the 6,002-seat home of the Atlantic League’s Long Island Ducks in Central Islip (NY) expired back in March.  Since then, the county has solicited 80 companies, including duck-friendly AFLAC insurance company, but there were no takers.  For the time being, the stadium will be known as  Suffolk County Sports Park.  Read more here.
