Pelicans Take Concessions In-House

The Myrtle Beach Pelicans wanted a more hand-on approach to delivering ballpark eats to fans.  They decided to part ways with third party concessions provider Ovations Food Service in favor of doing it their own way — well, sort of.  Brad Leininger, who was a general manager with Ovations, was hired as the club’s new food and beverage director.  Read more here.
