The Global Scouting Bureau has announced that Bossier (LA) is a target market for a new louisiana-based summer collegiate baseball league slated to debut in 2011. GSB scouting coordinator Sean Boudreaux has been identified as the league commissioner and contact person. Read more here. As you might recall, one of GSB’s former clients was the Florida Winter Baseball League. The FWBL crashed and burned right out of the starting gate last fall. When the FWBL launched, Boudreaux was named GM of the Cocoa (FL) franchise.
