Writer Advocates for NECBL in Nashua

Nashua Telegraph writer Tom King makes the pitch for the New England Collegiate Baseball League to fill the void at Holman Stadium left by the departed American Defenders of New Hampshire (now Pittsfield Colonials).  This is a no brainer, as affiliated ball is out of the question, and the indy pro Nashua Nighthawks, Nashua Pride, and Defenders could not make a go of it.  Expect the NECBL’s Lowell All-Americans to relocate to Nashua for the 2011 season.  Read more here.
