The Richmond (VA) Flying Squirrels are barely into their inaugural season at The Diamond, and already they are exploring opportunities for a new ballpark. On Wednesday, Squirrels president and CEO Lou DiBella indicated that the club is prepared to pay one quarter of the cost of a new ballpark, if Richmond, Chesterfield, and Henrico counties are on board as project partners.
