‘Rall E. Camel’ Makes Appearance

Opening day for the Great Lakes Loons wouldn’t be the same without…a camel?  Nope, not a fluffy mascot, but a real 1,800 pound camel sporting a Loons baseball cap.  Gunther, known as “Rall E. Camel” to Loons fans,  made it out to a couple of playoff games last year and was such a big hit that an opening day encore was in order.  Now where’s that rally monkey-style rally camel merchandise?   Read more here.
