PRESS RELEASE – Husker is a Yellow Labrador retriever. He is just about 2 months old and was born on November 1, 2009. Husker will be at all of the forty eight (48) home games for the CornBelters this season at the Corn Crib.
Husker will have many duties at the Corn Crib. His list of duties will include taking balls out to the umpire in a basket, doing victory laps around the bases after the game, saying hello to fans by giving them high fives and picking up an occasional bat.
