Prospect League Expands to Beckley, WV

At a press conference today, it will be announced that the West Virginia Miners have joined the summer collegiate Prospect League.  The new expansion team is owned by Doug Epling, who is constructing the new Linda K. Epling Stadium.  The facility is expected to be completed in time for the 2010 season.  The Prospect League might also be expanding into Tennessee and Wisconsin.  Read more here.
