Ft. Worth Cats owner Car Bell has indicated that he is negotiating a package deal to sell LaGrave Field, the Ft. Worth Cats, 58-acres of nearby rivefront land, and mineral rights to a group of investors that include developers and potential team owners. The deal could be completed by the end of the year.
