Gobble. Gobble. A staple of the community’s entertainment scene has expanded to kick-off Thanksgiving weekend. The 6th Annual Ballpark Festival of Beers, brought to you by Miracle Professional Baseball, returns to Hammond Stadium on Wednesday, November 25 from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Southwest Florida’s largest beer tasting event features a plentiful assortment of different beers from all over the world. If your palate doesn’t go for beer, wine sampling is also available.
“This has been one of our most successful off-season events and we received feedback from our attendees that the day before Thanksgiving is a night were people are looking for something to do with friends and family. We knew there were plenty of beer connoisseurs in the area, so it’s our way of saying thanks.” said Miracle General Manager Steve Gliner.
Admission is just $20 in advance, $25 day of event, and includes beer sampling tickets. You must be 21 or older to attend. Children, strollers and anyone under the age of 21 will not be allowed into the event.
The first 750 patrons will receive a commemorative sampling glass and food will be available for purchase.
Hammond Stadium will be rocking with live entertainment from Chaefin and The Icarus Account.
So come hoist a glass, enjoy great music, find a new favorite beer, spend time with friends and family and most importantly have fun….Cheers!
